fix: correct manifest.launcher.md to reflect no-pathfinding reality
...
The previous launcher description said 'units pathfind to the click
point' but the module has direct-line movement only — pathfinding is
explicitly deferred per init.lua:149's DEPRECATED-MVP comment.

render 0.2.0 added a transitive dep on lib-core.composition.
Engine resolver is strict-strcmp (no semver expansion), so
consumers must declare every transitive lib in deps[].

Bump dep on lib-core.maps to 0.3.0
...
Required after the maps lib's 0.3.0 rewrite for paired-PNG atlases.
rts-prototype's legacy *.tilemap.json color-only fixture still loads
fine through the v1 auto-upgrade path; rendering uses render-lib's
color-rect draw_map and does not require atlas textures.
