Axel Meyer 24bd00ad9c feat: add grep_engine_calls (S2 Phase 1)

Greps engine.<namespace>.<func> patterns from Lua source via Lua-pattern.
Returns unique sorted array per spec section 4.2.

lib-core.api-discovery

Pure-Lua-Library for surface-discovery (extract M.* from Lua source) and README-parsing (extract documented API from markdown). Sandbox-safe — no FS, no side-effects. Used by Sporel's --lint CLI mode.
