"**/archive/**" was being passed as a regex via --exclude-path,
causing 'repetition operator missing expression' parse error.
lychee --exclude takes a regex pattern; use '/archive/' to match
any URL/path containing an archive segment.
smoke.sh already wraps with xvfb-run when DISPLAY is unset, but xvfb
package wasn't installed in the runner. Window-opening tests (S4,
E.3-S1) segfaulted on raylib InitWindow without X server.
apt-get pulled ~250 Ubuntu node-* packages (~20+ min, flaky-network on
sporel-meta runs #206 cancelled, #209 took >15min just downloading).
Switch to actions/setup-node@v4 — single tarball, ~30s.
Note: sporel-engine pins this workflow to a specific SHA so it's
unaffected; sporel-meta uses @master and benefits immediately.
Iterative fix: cmake configure failed with "RandR headers not found"
because Raylib's GLFW backend requires X11 + GL development packages.
Added standard Raylib Linux deps per their wiki:
- libasound2-dev (audio)
- libx11-dev libxrandr-dev libxi-dev libxcursor-dev libxinerama-dev
- libxkbcommon-dev libwayland-dev
- libgl1-mesa-dev libglu1-mesa-dev

First-run revealed:
1. Runner images (catthehacker/ubuntu:act-latest) lack cmake.
Added apt-get install step (cmake, build-essential, ninja-build,
zip, unzip, git, curl).
2. windows-latest matrix entry mapped to Linux fallback containers
(Davoryn runner pool currently Linux-only). Dropped from matrix
until Windows runner provisioned.
Other workflows (Cat-2 hybrid, etc.) likely need same fix when first
exercised — apply iteratively as consumers come online.

Public-readable Tier-1 exception (alongside sporel-meta) for the
practical reason that community pipelines need to call into these
workflows without per-repo deploy-token setup.
5 reusable workflows moved from sporel-meta/.gitea/workflows/ to here
(Plan-B.1: privacy-fix for sporel-meta which stays private with the
proprietary design docs).
