162d99deeb test: assertions for parse_lua_surface (S2 Phase 1) 
7 assertions: standard-pattern (2 public + 1 private) + empty-source
edge-case. Mutation-resistant: name + count both verified.

ba22f77e5d init: lib-core.api-discovery-test v0.1.0 skeleton 
Empty run_tests body. Assertions added incrementally via TDD in
subsequent S2-plan tasks.
