- README with features, config docs, build instructions, project structure
- Pipeline: add Docker CLI install step, fix DinD volume pattern,
  fix token generation flags (--user git -u calic --raw), proper
  token cleanup by name instead of fragile ID grep
- .gitignore: add dist/ and *.zip
